NATIONAL GOVERNING BOARD MEETING

MEETING OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL
It has been decided to hold the meeting of the National Council of the Parishad on Saturday and Sunday the 25th and 26th December, 2010 at Agra (U.P.).
The National Council consists of the following:
1) Presidents and Secretaries and Treasurers of all the branches
2) All members of Prantiya Executive of all the Prants
3) All members of Zonal Executives
4) All members of National Executive
The meeting will commence at 10.00 A.M. on 25th December 2010 and conclude around 2.00 P.M. after lunch on 26th December, 2010.
Delegation Fee etc.
a) Single Rs. 800/- per head
b) Couple Rs. 1200/-
c) Children between the age of 10+ to 18 years Rs. 600/- per head
d) Non Delegates / Guests Rs. 800/- per head
e) Driver / Attendant Rs. 300/- per head
The hotels will be booked on request from the delegates with advance payment only along with the delegation fee.
The members of the National Council are requested to please make it convenient to attend the said meeting positively and get their registration formalities etc. completed on time.
