On 9^th May 2010 zonal coordination meeting held at Rajahmundry at 9.00am Sri K.B.Rama Rao Zonal General Secretary preceded over the meeting. Sri.N.C.Kanungo National Secretary-Vistar, Sri.S.N.Panda National Secretary-NGSC convener, Sri.Kasi.V.Rao National Secretary Publicity, Sri.S.Kanchal Zonal Chairman, Sri.Ramesh Chandra Jain Zonal Organizing Secretary, Sri.Narpat Raj.F.Jain Zonal Secretary, Audit, Sri Ch.S.S.Rama Chandra rao Zonal Secretary finance, Sri.D.Satyanarayana Zonal Secretary sampark have attended and discussed about expansion and reviving branches AP East State president Smt.Pilla Nirmala, Sri.K.Rambabu State General Secretary, Sri.S.Krishna Murthy State Treasurer, Sri.K.V.Ramana Murthy State Organizing Secretary, AP West State President Sri Om Prakash Jhawar, Smt.Padmavathi State General Secretary, Sri.Ch.Rajeswara rao State Organizing secretory were participated actively. All are appreciated the work done by AP-East.

Installation Ceremony of Kakinada Branch

On 2nd May 2010, the installation ceremony of Kakinada branch at 5.00pm at Hotel Handi, Super bazaar Street, Ramarao peta, Kakinada. Smt.Pilla Nirmala State President is the installation officer. Sri.Rajamahanthi Ravi Sankar Patnaik as president, Sri.Mallampalli Amareswara Prasad as Secretory, Sri.Basava Prabhakara rao as treasurer took oath on the hands of state president. Sri.Somu Prasad, Durga Somu Prasad Charitable trust, Ln.Doctor Badham Balakrishna Chairman, Kakinada eye foundation were the chief Guests of the day. The outgoing team Sri.Sripada Lakshman rao, Sri.M.Varadhraju Secretary, Sri.B.Prabhakara rao Treasurer handed over the charge to the new team Sri.K.Rambabu State General Secretary, Sri.S.Krishna Murthy State Treasurer, Sri.K.V.Ramana Murthy State Organizing Secretary, Dr.Sri Surya Prakasa Rao State Advisor, Sri.S.Janaki Rama Sastry, Sri.Y.S.Harischandra rao, etc participated. They have paid State share for 30 members.

On 2nd May 2010, the installation ceremony of Rajahmundry branch at 9.00am at Sarvaraya Kala Mandir Anam Kala Kendran, Rajahmundry. Smt.Pilla Nirmala State President is the installation officer. Dr.P.S.Ravi Kumar as Branch President Sri Vedantham Venkata Narayana as Branch Secretary, Smt.Pilla Nirmala.K.V.Nagini as Branch Treasurer took oath on the hands of state president. Brahmasri Bandhakavi Rama Jogeswara rao as Chief Guest attended and given blessings to the new office bearers. On 17^th April 2010 Installation ceremony of Visakhapatnam Branch at 7.00pm at Boat View Hall, JalaUdyanavanam, Visakhapatnam. On 11^th April 2010 after conclusion of the state installation, state president Smt. Pilla Nirmala State president organized installation ceremony of Anakapalli branch new office bearers for the year 2010-2011. Sri.K.Durga Prasadarao as the Branch President, Sri.P.Bhaskar rao as branch secretory and Sri.S.Venkata ramana, as Branch treasurer with took oath from the state president. The new executive body of the branch from Sri.K.B.Ramarao, Zonal General Secretary took oath from branch executive body.

Installation Ceremony of Anakapalli Central Branch

On 16 April 2010 the installation ceremony of the Anakapalli Central Branch for held at Y.M.V.A.S.V.R Memorial Hall anakapalli at 7.00pm. Smt.Pill Nirmala State president, Sri.K.Rambabu State General Secretary, Sri.S.Krishna Murthy State Treasurer, Sri.Ch.S.S.Ramachandrarao Zonal Secretory, Finance & Audit, Sri.D.Satyanaraya Zonal Convener Sampark attended this ceremony. Sri.Ch.S.S.Ramachandrarao took oath from the new branch office bearers i.e., Smt.S.Sita Ratnam as branch president, Sri.G.Brahmaji as Branch secretary and Sri.D.Subba Rayudu as Branch treasurer. The installation function went on successfully. In the installation function the branch distributed Sun Shade Caps to Rickshaw pullers. The branch also donated 2000 rupees to ‘Vikalang Ashram Pathasaala’, Atchutapuram.

Installation of State office bearers

On 11^th April 2010, installation ceremony of state office bearers AP East was celebrated at 7.00pm in Swamy Vivekanandha Meeting hall at Anakapalli being, Sri. B.Ch.V.Subbarao, National wise president as installation officer. The installation officer took oath from Smt. Pilla Nirmala of Anakapalli branch as the state president of East, Sri.K.Rambabu of Gajuwaka branch as State General Secretary and Sri.S.Krishna Murthy of Tuni branch as State Tresurer for the year 2010-11. Blessings were showered by Sriman Vegeti Sreeramachaaryulu (Rambabu, AP State Archaka Examiner, Kasimkota, Visakhapatnam district) as visishta athidhi. Sri. Swamy Garimanandhaaji Maharaaj (Ramakrishna mission, Visakhapatnam) as the chief guest.

Dr.S.Ramakrishna rao (Associate director of Research, Regional Agriculture Research Centre, Anakapalli) as honorable guest. Sri.K.B.Ramarao, Zonal General secretary, Sri.B.Satyanarayana, Zonal convener for Sampark, Ch.S.S.Ramachandra rao, Zonal Secretary for Finance & Audit, Sri.Ramesh Chand Jain, Zonal Organizing secretory have attended the installation function. The other state executive body members, state advisory board members have attended this installation function.

The installation function was hosted by Anakapalli branch. About 200 members of almost all branches in AP state have attended for the installation ceremony and made the function as grand success. The media covered the entire function and published in daily news papers on the next day.

This state offfice April 2010 being an auspicious day, the pacca state office is opened by is consisting of a meeting hall with two suites to accommodate state, zonal and central office barrier that are going to visit to Anakapalli. This office taken on rent basis. Sri. B.ch. Subba rao, Sri. K.B.Ramarao, zonal general secretary and Sri.Majeti Krishna,State convener, S.G.S.C. have participated in the opening function. In addition to this Sri.K.V.Ramana Murthy, State organization secretary, Sri.K.Rambabu, State General secretary and Sri.S,.Krishna murthy, State treasurer, Sri.M.V.V.Satyanarayana, Sri.Y.Kesava rao, Sri.
