3. Prantiya Presidents & General Secretaries of all Prants.
4. Treasurers of the Prants having 25 or more branches
5. Organising Secretaries of the Prants having more than 50 branches.
6. Members nominated by the Apex Body.
7. Members special invitee of NGB.
The detailed agenda of the meeting will be sent to the members in due course of time. In case any member has some specific item (s) to be included in the agenda they may please send the same to the Central Office by 20th December, 2010.
